Executive Consultant (Benesch Unternehmensberatung), Teaching and Research at Universities in Vienna and Lower Austria.

From 1998 to 2002

employed in different companies and public institutions (Vienna University, Publishing Company, Company for the Development of Psychological Tests). From 2002 Executive of Benesch & Mittermayr Inc., specialised in Medical and Social Research, Teambuilding, Coaching and Training. Chairman of “Dialogprojekt Transnational e. V.”, which is an incorporated society to engage in Dialogue-Projects and spread the ideas of Dialogue according to Martin Buber and David Bohm.
