The organisation is working in the fields of research, training and organizational psychology. Subjects are social research, f. e. occupational stress, violence in schools, or stress and burnout felt by teachers. Dr. Benesch Unternehmensberatung is active in teaching in private and public context, e. g. "Social skills and communication" at the University of Applied Sciences Vienna or "Dialogue" at the Danube University Krems (Lower Austria). Other working fields are leaderhship trainings, coaching and workshops in the context of health promotion on workplace, f. e. trainings/workshops for school-teachers and kindergarten-workers (stress-reduction, relaxation, aims in occupational life). We are partner of a running programme "Dialogue - The Creative Communication" (Grundtvig Learning Partnership).

Dr. Benesch Unternehmensberatung

  • takes part actively in the work of the Steering Committee
  • Dr. Michael Benesch, CEO of company and certified Dialogue Facilitator acts as trainer and supports DUO work
  • sends 2 persons with training skills, experiences and with knowledge of English as working language to the trainings for Dialogue Facilitators
  • supports organisation and accomplishment of 2 dialog workshops implemented by the Austrian trainees in Lower Austria during the 3-year term of the project
  • sends 1 educational/training expert to the Editorial Board meeting
  • organises the conditions for implementing 2 training sessions of the partnership in Austria
  • supports dissemination, valorisation and networking in Austria and with its foreign partners in order to spread the message of necessity of dialogue skills in various fields of work
