Partner in Czech Republic

is a non-governmental non-profit organization created in 2008. All members are experts with the effort to start activities which would serve social inclusion and have been operating in this sphere for a long time. The aim is improvement of human potential by further education to help people enhance their skills and qualifications useful in the labour market. Main targets are consultancy, training & cooperation.

One of the last results of our activities is a survey among parents with small children. A presumption was that their position in labour market is worsened due to the difficulties caused by the necessity of harmonizing work and family life. It was confirmed. One of the main findings was: Parents would appreciate help in creating time for keeping up with their profession and further education. They would value help in managing their careers. This led us to creating a project which would solve the problems. We start with elaboration of a website with forum "bezprace.eu".

ASPEKT

• takes part actively in the work of the Steering Committee
• sends 2 persons with training skills, experiences and with knowledge of English as working language to the trainings for Dialogue Facilitators and supports DUO work of tainers
• supports organisation and accomplishment of 2 dialog workshops in Czech Republic during the 3-year term of the project
• sends 1 educational/training expert to the Editorial Board meeting
• enables the translation of educational/training material in Czech language
• organises the development of the corporate design of the project (and the future European pool of Dialogue Facilitators) in cooperation with the Steering Committee members
• supports dissemination, valorisation and networking in Czech Republic and with its foreign partners in order to spread the message of necessity of dialogue skills in various fields of work
